Return Time:
You can return your items within 30 days of your purchase.
Items Condition:
Items must be returned in their original condition (not worn or washed) with tags attached.
How to return:
- Reach out to our customer support team. Please mention the order number in your return request and briefly describe the problem for which you want to return the product.
- The customer service team will return it for you. Note your order number and instructions on how and where to return your item
- Place the item safely and neatly in its original packaging, including all accessories. The return order number should be written on the outside of the package.
- Ship your package to the return address provided by one of our customer support associates. We advise utilizing a trackable delivery.
Shipping Costs:
- After we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund you.
- Shipping & Handling Fees are Non-Refundable
Damaged or defective items:
We will be happy to provide a replacement or refund within business days if you contact us as soon as you need assistance with an item or realize that you received the wrong item.
